Below are the terms and conditions, the house rules for the 6E Club web app and the guides on this site. They are written in everyday English on purpose. If something here is unclear, the plain meaning is the one we intend. This version is dated 24 October 2026.

When These Rules Apply

The rules apply as soon as you open a page on this site, and again when you tick the boxes on the sign-up form. If you do not agree with them, please close the app and do not make an account. How your data is handled is covered separately in the 6E Club privacy notes on device storage.

Age: 18 Is the Floor

You must be at least 18 years old to make an account or play, and you tick a box at sign-up to say so. Even though no money is involved, timed rounds with colours and returns are not meant for children. If you share a phone with someone younger, sign out after playing or delete your account.

Play Coins Are Game Pieces, Not Money

Every new account receives 20,000 play coins, and a Free top-up refills the balance whenever it falls below 2,000. These coins exist only to make the game work. They:

  • have no value in rupees or any other currency;
  • cannot be bought, so no payment is ever needed;
  • cannot be sold, transferred to another account or exchanged for vouchers, recharges or goods;
  • disappear if you delete your account or clear the site's data.

Anyone who offers to buy, sell or "cash out" 6E Club coins is not connected with this site. The explainer on why 6E Club coins never pay out shows how those offers usually work.

No Prizes, No Cash and the 2025 Act

India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 outlaws online money games, with effect from 1 May 2026. Money plays no part in the 6E Club web app: nothing goes in, nothing comes out, and there are no prizes or fees. Results and returns change only a coin balance that stays inside the game. We will not add any feature that turns coins into money or money into coins.

Playing Fairly

Please use the app the way a person would. You agree not to:

  • run automated scripts, bots or tools that place picks or read results for you;
  • try to change the draw, the timers or your balance by editing code or storage;
  • overload, attack or copy the site in a way that harms other visitors;
  • present yourself as 6E Club, as staff of this site, or as a support agent, in any app, group, call or message.

Because the game runs on your own phone, tampering only affects your own copy. It still breaks these rules, and it does not make coins worth anything.

Looking After Your On-Device Account

Your account is stored only in the browser or installed app where you made it. You are responsible for your password and for who uses your phone. There is no password reset and no backup, so we cannot restore an account that is lost, cleared or deleted. You can always make a new one for free.

What the Guides Are, and Are Not

The guides explain the app, phone settings, common scams and the law in simple terms. They are general information, checked on the date shown on each page. They are not legal, financial or tax advice, and they cannot cover every situation. For a real problem, such as money lost to a scam, speak to your bank, the police or a qualified adviser. The background on who writes these 6E Club guides explains how pages are tested.

Changes, Pauses and Shutdown

We may change the app, the guides or these terms, pause the service for maintenance, or close it completely. When the terms change, this page is updated and its date moves. Using the app after that date means you accept the new version. If the site ever closes, data already on your phone stays there until you clear it.

No Promises Beyond the Law

The app and guides are offered as they are, free of charge. We try to keep them working and correct, but we do not promise that they will always be available, free of errors or suited to your needs. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site, from lost on-device data, or from third-party apps and people who use the 6E Club name. Nothing here removes a right that the law says you cannot give up.

Which Law Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of India. If one part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies.

Questions about the rules can wait for the inbox described on the page about reaching 6E Club. Playing within your own time limits matters too, even with free coins. You can return to the 6E Club colour game web app at any time.
